  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the cream cheese on one tortilla.
  4. Top with the second tortilla, cream cheese side down.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or cooking spray.
  6. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
