- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce before serving.
