- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or on the stovetop.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add the white chocolate chips to the melted butter and stir until smooth.
- Mix in the red velvet cake mix and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
