Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked udon noodles to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
