- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Serve the noodles in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
