Ingredients

- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each tilapia fillet with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes, then flip the fillets and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
- Can substitute tilapia with other white fish if desired.
