Description

A quick and easy recipe for making crispy tilapia in an air fryer in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each tilapia fillet with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the coated tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8 minutes, then flip the fillets and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
