- 4 cups of water

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the chopped cabbage and salt to the boiling water.
- Cover the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add olive oil and black pepper.
- Stir well and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain excess water if necessary.
