Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped

Instructions

  2. Add the chopped cabbage and salt to the boiling water.
  3. Cover the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes, add olive oil and black pepper.
  5. Stir well and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and drain excess water if necessary.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish or main meal.
