- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, and olives around the cod.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
