- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the buttered bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the butter mixture.
