Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  4. Pour in the vegetable broth, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  6. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
  8. Fluff the rice with a fork, stir in lemon zest, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
