Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
- 2 cups leafy greens (spinach, kale, chard)
- 1–1½ cups fruit (banana, pineapple, berries, green apple)
- 1–2 tbsp healthy fat (chia, flax, avocado, almond butter)
- Optional: 1 scoop clean protein powder or dairy-free yogurt
- Optional: Detox boosters (spirulina, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon)
Instructions
- Add liquid to the blender first.
- Layer in leafy greens and fruits.
- Add healthy fats and optional protein or detox boosters.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a mason jar or bottle and enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
