- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the oats and peanut butter to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Make sure the bananas are very ripe for the best flavor.
- You can add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
