Description

A quick and easy recipe for delicious banana muffins using just three ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the oats and peanut butter to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  5. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Make sure the bananas are very ripe for the best flavor.
  • You can add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor if desired.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
