- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the self-rising flour and shredded coconut to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
