  • 1 cup of self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the self-rising flour and shredded coconut to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
