- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the heavy cream, beef broth, and diced tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
