Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, beef broth, and diced tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve hot.
