- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the florets lightly with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
