Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spray the florets lightly with olive oil spray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
