Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
