Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Once cooked, scrape the flesh with a fork to create spaghetti-like strands.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spaghetti squash strands, cheese, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs if using.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
