- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Fresh spinach or lettuce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Toast the slider buns in the same skillet for a minute.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a turkey patty on each bun and topping with fresh spinach or lettuce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
