Description

Quick and delicious recipe for a crispy chicken Caesar sandwich that can be made in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and then dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, toast the bread slices.
  6. Once the chicken is done, slice it and assemble the sandwich with lettuce, chicken, and Caesar dressing on the toasted bread.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
