A quick and delicious recipe for crispy dill pickle parmesan chicken that can be made in just 30 minutes.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can double coat the chicken by dipping it back in the pickle juice and then in the breadcrumb mixture again.
- Feel free to add your favorite spices to the breadcrumb mixture for additional flavor.
