Description

A quick and delicious recipe for crispy dill pickle parmesan chicken that can be made in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can double coat the chicken by dipping it back in the pickle juice and then in the breadcrumb mixture again.
