Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the herb mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
