Description

A quick and easy recipe for a delicious chicken tortellini dish made in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breast
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 package of cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Add the tortellini and spinach, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the tortellini is tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
