- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While the meatballs are baking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Once the meatballs are done, add them to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with pasta or on a sub for a meatball sandwich.
- Can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
