A light and dreamy strawberry mousse made with just four ingredients.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
- Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
- For a sweeter mousse, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
- This mousse can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to garnish with additional strawberries or whipped cream before serving.
