Description

A light and dreamy strawberry mousse made with just four ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
