Description

A quick and easy recipe for delicious carrot cake overnight oats that can be prepared in just 5 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon raisins (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk.
  2. Add the grated carrots, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well to combine.
  3. If desired, mix in raisins and walnuts.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
