Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk and maple syrup.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the diced apple, raisins, and nuts if using.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the oatmeal mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
