- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cut the biscuit dough into quarters and add to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook until the biscuits are fluffy and cooked through.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include vegetables like carrots or peas.
- Make sure to shred the chicken before adding the biscuit dough for better distribution.
