- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top of the cake mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
