Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the cake mix.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
