Ingredients

  • 812 oz filtered, ice-cold water
  • ½ lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
  • 46 ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • Optional: ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Optional: 1 dash baking soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in cold filtered water.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  4. Add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
  5. Stir for a few seconds.
  6. Sip the full glass within 7–10 seconds, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Use a straw if you have sensitive teeth. Pre-mix lemon juice and pink salt in a mason jar for quicker prep. Start with ½ tsp apple cider vinegar if you’re new to it.
