Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the potato slices dry with a towel.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil and salt (and any optional seasonings).
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
- Remove the chips and let them cool slightly before serving.
