Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and toss in buffalo sauce before serving.
