A quick and easy recipe for making crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and toss in buffalo sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
