Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  4. Take a biscuit and flatten it out, then place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the taco bombs inside, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
