A quick and easy recipe for cheesy taco bombs made in an air fryer, perfect for a delicious snack.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into two pieces.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheese in the center of each dough piece.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the taco bombs inside.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like jalapeños or onions to the beef mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
