Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into two pieces.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheese in the center of each dough piece.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the taco bombs inside.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
