A simple and quick recipe for making delicious garlic naan bread in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add yogurt and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a flat circle.
- Brush the top of each naan with melted butter and sprinkle minced garlic on top.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the naan in the air fryer basket and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For a softer naan, you can add a little more yogurt.
- Experiment with toppings like cheese or herbs for different flavors.
- Serve with your favorite curry or as a side for soups.
