Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Add yogurt and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a flat circle.
  5. Brush the top of each naan with melted butter and sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  7. Place the naan in the air fryer basket and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
