Description

A delicious and easy recipe for making crispy jalapeño poppers in an air fryer, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed jalapeños.
  6. Place the jalapeño poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the poppers are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before cooking.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
