- 2 large sweet potatoes

Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut fries in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
