Description
Deliciously flaky almond croissant cinnamon rolls that combine the best of both worlds.
Ingredients

- 1 package of croissant dough
- 1/2 cup almond paste
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a floured surface.
- Spread the softened butter over the dough.
- Mix almond paste, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl, then spread it over the buttered dough.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the filling.
