  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the flaky croissants in half and set aside.
  3. Incorporate almond paste, sugar, eggs, and flour in a mixing bowl to create the frangipane filling.
  4. Fill each croissant with the sweet frangipane.
  5. Place the filled croissants on a baking sheet.
  6. Top with flaked almonds.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
