Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
- Add the cooked egg noodles and half of the cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Leftovers can be frozen for up to 3 months.
