Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, applesauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the diced apples and walnuts, if using, and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then stir them into the oat mixture.
