Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 apples, diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, applesauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the diced apples and walnuts, if using, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then stir them into the oat mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
