Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, diced apple, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup.
- If using, stir in Greek yogurt for added creaminess.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers with lids.
- Top with chopped nuts if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warm it up in the microwave.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- Can be made vegan by omitting Greek yogurt.
