- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin tin.
- In a separate bowl, combine diced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, oats, flour, and softened butter to make the topping.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool before removing from the muffin tin.
Notes
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or caramel sauce for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
