Description

A warm and comforting dessert made with baked apples and a crunchy oat topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Spread the apple mixture in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
