- 2 large croissants
- 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix the softened goat cheese, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture evenly on the cut sides of the croissants.
- Layer the thinly sliced apples on top of the goat cheese.
- Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the croissants are golden and the cheese is warm.
