  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into strips.
  3. Slice the apples thinly and toss them with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Arrange the apple slices along the edge of the pastry strips, overlapping them slightly.
  5. Fold the bottom of the pastry strip up to cover the apple slices.
  6. Roll the pastry strip to form a rose shape.
  7. Place the roses in a muffin tin and brush with apricot jam.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
