A flavorful recipe for finger-licking good Asian sticky wings.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the marinade.
- Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chili flakes for a spicy kick.
- These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce for added taste.
