  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the marinade.
  4. Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
