Description

A delicious and easy-to-make bacon cheeseburger perfect for spring gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  4. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, topping with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
