- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the Baileys Irish Cream and mix until well incorporated.
- Gradually add the graham cracker crumbs and mix until a dough forms.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- For a stronger Baileys flavor, add more Baileys to the mixture.
- These can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
