- 1 whole Camembert cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Baguette or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Remove the Camembert from its packaging and place it in a small baking dish.
- Make small slits in the top of the cheese and insert the garlic slices and rosemary.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top and season with black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and melted.
- Serve warm with baguette or crackers for dipping.

- For added flavor, you can include a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of chili flakes before baking.
