  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
