- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan.
- Once the meatballs are done, serve them with the marinara sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs to the meatball mixture.
- These meatballs can be served with pasta or on their own.
